Booking Policy:

• To secure your booking, please send a £10 deposit to the below account:

• The deposit is non-refundable and is required to book your appointment.
• Please bring CASH ONLY to your appointment.
• A patch test is recommended for lamination and tinting services and should be performed at least 24 hours before your appointment. If no patch test is performed, you have to sign a patch test waiver.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

As a courtesy, we will send appointment reminders via email and/or text message.
