Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

As a courtesy, we will send appointment reminders via email and/or text message. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount. This fee must be paid before you can book your next appointment.

If you have a fever or symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has, please let us know and we will happily reschedule your appointment for another time.
